Sibshops – Workshops for siblings of Children with Special Needs
Sibshops are workshops designed specifically for brothers and sisters of children who have special needs. They are designed to offer opportunities for siblings to meet other brothers and sisters in a casual atmosphere and to join them in recreational opportunities. Sibshops also provide an opportunity for brothers and sisters of children with special needs to share stories, feelings, concerns and experiences with peers who truly understand the ups and downs of life with a sibling with special needs.
Upcoming SibShops: January 20, 2012 at Salvation Army London Village from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. There are workshops for children 6-8 years old and 9-12 years old.
